Rackheath Parish Council invites applicants for the role of Parish Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer working 16 hours a week based in the Parish Office in the refurbished Pavilion. We are looking for a well organised, self-motivated person with excellent communication and administration skills. Competent in website management, social media, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Good numeracy skills and/or accounts experience. Parish/Town Clerk experience and qualifications in the Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA) or equivalent would be preferred. Booking Administrator Vacancy

The Parish Council is looking for a Booking Administrator to help look after the administration and bookings for the newly refurbished and extended Pavilion due to open in June 2019. We are looking for someone who has experience of working within an administrative setting, confidence in dealing with a variety of queries by phone, email and in person, able to use digital media effectively and have an understanding of Health & Safety requirements. Based in the new Parish Office at The Pavilion, Stracey Sports Park, Green Lane West, Rackheath. Initially working 5 per hours per week with 2 mornings in the office and occasional evening work.
