A committee of Councillors and co-opted members of the public who are responsible for the management of the Council-owned open spaces and facilities, including the Jubilee Park and the Pavilion @ Stracey Playing Field. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at the Pavilion, Green Lane West, Rackheath, NR13 6LT and the public are welcome to attend.
