The Community Council is a statutory consultee on planning and Rackheath planning applications are considered by the Planning Committee at a public meeting. This is normally scheduled within a full council meeting held on the 3rd Monday of the month or at other times as required. The Terms of Reference for the Planning Committee can be found here.
